How do I order?

You may call the store or send an email including your flavors, serving size and pick up date. All orders require a 50% deposit for confirmation.

How can I get a Desserts-to-You delivery?

1. Place your order by calling the bakery at 610-246-8410. 2. Choose your cupcakes from that days available menu. 3. Add any other desserts we have available for that day. 4. $20 minimum for delivery 5. Pay in full with a credit card. *Our delivery agents do not carry cash* 6. Expect your baked goods to be delivered same day. 7. Delivery between the hours of 10-6. 8. All orders must be placed by 5:00pm. ***Click here for ordering details***

Will you delivery my order?

Yes! We will deliver your order as long as it is in our delivery zone. Please call us at 610-246-8410 to ensure your area is available. Delivery starts at $10 and goes up depending on the distance from our store.

Does Cupcakeology ship nationwide?

Yes! Please call or send an email including your full address including zip code for a shipping estimate. We ship to physical addresses within the Continental US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO's. Please note that we only ship Monday thru Friday. Saturday delivery is available at an extra $15 charge. We DO NOT ship for arrival Sundays or Mondays. All orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance, ordering from the flavors on the menu 2 days BEFORE your order ships. All orders to be shipped out on Monday or Tuesday must be placed no later than Friday choosing from Saturdays menu. All orders will be fulfilled once paid in full.

How many days in advance do I need to order?

1. If ordering cupcakes from our daily menu, 1-2 days notice. 2. If ordering customized cupcakes or cupcakes in quantities of 3 dozen or more, 2-3 days notice. 3. If ordering a cake from our daily menu without customization, 2 days notice. 4. If ordering a customized cake, 3-5 days notice. 5. Party trays, 3 days notice. 6. Mini cupcakes, 1-2 days notice.

Do I need to order my desserts in advance?

Nope! We serve walk-in customers from 10-7!

Can I call ahead and reserve an order for same day pick-up?

Yes! You may choose from anything we have available that day. Payment in full is required to hold.

Can I get an assorted box of mini cupcakes?

1. Yes! You may choose up to 2 flavors per box of 24 from the menu on the day you are picking up. 2. We cannot add images on mini cupcakes. 3. Cupcake bar cupcakes are not avaiable in mini size.

Where can I buy Cupcakeology Cake Batter?

1. You can purchase online and pick up at our Collingdale bakery location. Simply select the "store pick-up" option in checkout. 2. You can purchase and have it shipped to you anywhere in the Continental US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

How do I store my cupcakes?

1. Our cupcakes are packaged in an airtight container. They can sit at room temperature for up to 5-7 days. 2. Our cupcakes freeze very well and can be stored in the freezer to maintain freshness.

When can I pick up my order if my event is on a Sunday or Monday?

All Sunday and Monday orders may be picked up on Saturday. They will be the last batch baked to ensure freshness for your event.

If I have an allergy, should I eat Cupcakeology desserts?

Cupcakeology is NOT tree or pine-nut free. Our products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy or other allergens. If you have a severe allergy, you may not want to eat our desserts.

What form of payment do you acceptand do you give refunds?

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Cupcakeology gift cards. No, we do not give cash or credit refunds, store credit only.

Can I purchase cupcakes in another location?

Yes! We sell our grab-n-go cupcakes at The Swarthmore Co-op. 341 Dartmouth Ave, Swarthmore, PA 19081
